Orders Outside of the United States:
Import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees (or other customs-related charges) are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These fees, if they apply, will be collected from you upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages, and are the responsibility of the purchaser. We are only charging the fee for shipping the packages. Customers have reported to us that UPS is charging much higher fees than USPS for similar orders. If you refuse delivery of your package, Supply88 will be charged a fee for the international return shipment. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Supply88 has nothing to do with the tariffs and extra fees being charged by some carriers. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand the costs before placing the order.

Sales to Germany Suspended:
Due to the complicated requirements of Germany's Packaging Act (VerpackG), we have decided to suspend selling to Germany for now. Like many small business making the same decision, the time and expense required for ongoing compliance is simply too high. We will continue to re-evaluate this decision in the future.
