International (non-US) Orders:
Import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or other customs-related charges, are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These fees, if they apply, will be collected from you upon delivery by the carrier, and are the responsibility of the purchaser. We only charge the fee for shipping the packages.
Customers have reported to us that UPS is charging higher fees than USPS for similar orders.

If you refuse delivery of your package, Supply88 will be charged a fee for the international return shipment. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Supply88 is not able to monitor the constantly-changing tariffs and fees, and not able to know, in advance, what fees you are likely to be charged by your country or shipping carrier. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand the potential costs before placing an order.

Sales to Germany Suspended:
Due to the complicated requirements of Germany's Packaging Act (VerpackG), we have decided to suspend selling to Germany for now. Like many small business making the same decision, the time and expense required for ongoing compliance is simply too high. We will continue to re-evaluate this decision in the future.
