When using Protek CLP with our Needle Dispenser Bottles, we recommend replacing the rubber seals with these synthetic seals. Protek CLP contains a chemical that reacts with the rubber, eventually ruining the seal.
The rubber seals do not react with most fluids, including Verdi-Gone, so we only recommend the synthetic seals if you plan to use CLP, or if you discover other fluids that react with the rubber seals (please let us know if you do).
These seals are new, so we haven't been able to do long-term testing. So far, they appear to not react with Protek CLP, but we can't guarantee the results of long-term exposure to CLP or other fluids.
