The original white factory brackets are no longer available, so we are producing an aftermarket solution made of Nylon.
This bracket is modeled after the dimensions of the original, with one exception: The factory part has a sharp inside corner, which produces a weak spot. We rounded the inside corner with a fillet to distribute stress to a larger area, making the part stronger.
It's likely you will need to regulate dampers after installing the new brackets. (Someone may have attempted to fix the problem by adjusting the dampers instead of replacing the brackets.)
